Please follow these few steps if you wish to return your product:
1. CHECK THE PRODUCT : Please inspect your order upon receipt if the item is incorrectly printed, defective, damaged, or you have the wrong item.
2. CONTACT US: Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the problem with the receipt or proof of purchase. All complaints must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
3. WAIT FOR ELIGIBILITY EVALUATION: We will assess your eligibility for a return and refund or exchange (within 1 or 2 business days). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
4. RETURN OF THE PRODUCT: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how to comment and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.
Exchange your product
The fastest way to be sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and send the refund.
